Annie is a menstrual cycle coach and certified yoga teacher on a mission to help women say goodbye to PMS and period pain for good.
After experiencing years of painful periods, Annie discovered the profound healing that comes from aligning your life with the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle.
Annie is dedicated to helping women reduce PMS and finally understand what is happening in their bodies each month.

On a more personal note…
I was a gymnast for 10 years.
We re-homed Flame, an Italian Greyhound, in January 2024 and he is my life.
I am a Gemini sun and moon. I am very all or nothing.
I started surfing when I was 25 and LOVE it.
I have a bachelor of commerce majoring in Finance and used to work at one of the largest global banks.
I LOVE travelling! My last trip was to the middle east and Jordan is one of the most amazing places I have ever been to!
My favourite thing to do is spending time in nature, especially in my garden. Growing native, edibles and medicinal plants.
I am passionate about sustainability and completed a diploma of sustainable living in 2022.
I volunteered at a not for profit environmental org working to save Australia’s wilderness, which had me speak in parliament at a hearing, I then got a job for that organisation doing their finances.
Work with Annie
Like many women, I used to feel controlled by my hormones. I felt exhausted, frustrated and in pain most of the month but didn't know why. I used to say things like “I hate my period”.
I felt completely disconnected from my body and my cycle, but had no idea where to begin. Each month I would take pain killers and curl up on the couch with my heat pack. I just wanted to make my period go away. I tried talking to doctors who seemed to only have one solution, go on the pill.
I wanted a natural solution but felt lost, alone and in pain.
So, I began learning about hormones and the menstrual cycle
Through research and self-exploration, I began to adjust my lifestyle, diet, and movement to support each phase of my cycle. Within a few weeks, I started to feel more energised and less moody. Within a few months, I had gone from cramps that made me nauseous, to pain free periods!
I realised that in order for women to heal their cycle, we need to understand how the menstrual cycle works and how it affects our everyday life. We need to feel empowered with knowledge and practices that regulate our hormones so we can feel good all month long.
Now, I am on a mission to provide exactly that to all women!
Sacred Cycles is a 12 week program with everything I wish I knew when I was starting this journey. A step by step process to help you say goodbye to cramps, mood swings, and fatigue. For good!
